V&A MuseumVictoria & Albert Musem                        Members  of  the  FMS team  have   extensive expertise and  experience  in  providing services to buildings of  historical  interest  having previously provided Project Management Services to  the V&A Museum.  Major projects  have included  exterior lighting  refurbishment, installation of steam humdification plant, installation of microwave  data / communications  links   between V&A outstations.  In total  members of FMS have provided Project Management Services to some £7.5m of refurbishment, repairs, relocations and temporary exhibition arrangements at the V&A Musuem. 

Rolls Royce AviationRolls-Royce Aviation                                  When Rolls-Royce Aviation elected to seek an outsourcing solution for their facilities maintenance and energy management requirements, members of the FMS Team where instrumental in defining the optimum solution. The process concluded in a multi-million pound performance based service agreement being awarded to a joint venture presented by Drake & Scull and BP Energy. Members of the FMS team where employed by Drake & Scull forming part of their solution development team. 

Reuters                                                                                                            Planned Maintenance Engineering Ltd developed a maintenance solution sufficiently robust that Reuters elected to bundle all of thier facilities maintenance service requirements into one performance based contract with PME. The multi million pound contract included the 24/7/365 service requirements of business critical data centres processing realtime news from around the globe. The contract covers some 30 plus buildings throughout the UK and utilises a a critical asset risk managment strategy of the highest order, first introduced to PME by members of FMS during a period of employment by PME.
